Lytix Biopharma is considering issuing new shares with gross proceeds of approximately NOK 45-70 million. The application period was originally 24 November at 09:00 (CET) to 9 December at 16: 30 hours (CET), but the period is decided extended to Wednesday 17 December at 16:30 (CET) to accommodate individual requests for a longer timeline.

At present time, 9 December, commitments is covering the lower part of the indicated transaction size of 45-70 MNOK, at price NOK 700, - per share. Settlement date is shifted to the 6th January 2015.
